• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, disruption, or misuse of community systems.

3. Campaigns, Rewards, and Performance

• Campaign opportunities and reward outcomes may vary by quality, consistency, and requirements met.
• No guaranteed earnings, acceptance, monetisation, or specific performance outcomes are promised.
• Campaign terms may change at any time due to platform, brand, or operational updates.

4. Intellectual Property

• Amplify Media branding, systems, materials, and community resources remain the property of Amplify Media or licensors.
• You retain ownership of your original content unless you separately agree to transfer rights.
• You grant any necessary limited rights to review or process your submitted content for campaign evaluation.

5. Community Conduct and Enforcement

• Violations may result in warnings, restricted access, or removal from services without refund where applicable.
• Amplify Media may moderate content and participation to maintain quality and safety standards.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Services may rely on third-party platforms (for example, Whop, social platforms, payment providers, and communication tools). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplify Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Your use of campaign materials and external platforms is at your own discretion and risk.

Amplify Media may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
